How ironic is it that Ellie fell asleep on the couch during the 15 minutes it took me to make lunch? It was Just enough time to rule out the long nap she needed, and just enough time to....... Well, lets just say, "thank goodness the cushion covers are machine washable."

A Big Thank You To The Big Guy

The Tie Dye Project

A Big mess equaled big fun for six moms and thirteen kids. Now lots of clothing that would have gone to Goodwill got a face lift and will be happily worn for one more season. Reuse n recycle. That means clothes too.

He's A Keeper

May 27 marked two months since Oliver joined the family. To say I love this boy is an understatement. I didn't realize how much I missed having a fur baby. True my home will never be free of dog hair even when I vacuum twice daily. True he still has a few accidents (deliberates). Then again so does Ellie. I will take the good with the bad, and invest in a professional carpet cleaning quarterly.

The Wonder Twins

They have been raised together since they were both infants. They fight over toys, and have each others backs at the same time. Today it was hard to tell where one ended and the other started.

How wonderfully sweet n sassy you are. Your kisses are never ending, and you always keep me on my toes. Mommy n daddy can't take our eyes off you for a minute. When we do something usually happens. I know you mean well by wanting to feed the family pets, but next time could you ask first?

By the way, when you tell me that somebody spilled the fishy food, I know it was you. Why? Because mommy knows everything? No, it's because you were holding the evidence.
